Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pr98 ("the Operator"). Using any pr98 service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use pr98.
1.1 By accessing, registering with, or using any service provided by pr98 (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or game types published on the pr98 Platform from time to time.
1.2 These Terms govern the entire relationship between the Player and pr98 in connection with the use of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 If you are accessing pr98 on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and by doing so, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
1.4 pr98 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
🔞 Minimum Age: 21 Years. Access to pr98 and all real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is prohibited.
2.1 To register for and use pr98, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.1 To access real-money gaming services on pr98, you must create a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as required during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a password.
3.2 You may hold only one (1) pr98 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pr98 uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 You must provide true and accurate information at registration and keep your account details current at all times. pr98 may, at any time, request that you re-verify your account information or provide updated documentation. Material inaccuracies in account information may result in account suspension and withdrawal of funds being placed on hold pending verification.
3.4 Each pr98 account is personal to the registered holder. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise permit any third party to use your pr98 account. pr98 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pr98 account login credentials, including your registered phone number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 pr98 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purportedly from pr98 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pr98 customer support immediately.
4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pr98 account, including any transactions made by a third party using your credentials with or without your consent. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pr98 support immediately. pr98 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
4.4 pr98 employs SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication options, and automated session monitoring to protect player accounts. However, no security system is entirely infallible. pr98 shall not be held liable for losses arising from Player negligence in account security, including use of insecure passwords or sharing of credentials.
5.1 pr98 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within the pr98 payment section at the time of deposit. pr98 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.3 All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the pr98 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the depositor is not the registered account holder — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account investigated.
5.4 pr98 does not charge fees on standard deposits via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. pr98 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from pr98's operational funds, in accordance with the Operator's international gaming license obligations. Player funds are not used for operational purposes.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pr98 player account. pr98 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Prior to processing any withdrawal, pr98 may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
6.3 pr98 processes approved withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals and crypto withdrawals may take longer. Timeframes are indicative and subject to payment provider processing times outside pr98's control.
6.4 Withdrawal requests that include bonus funds subject to an active wagering requirement will be placed on hold until wagering requirements are satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before completing applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
6.5 pr98 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments where operationally necessary. Players will be notified in such circumstances.
7.1 pr98 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sport-specific promotional offers tied to PSL and international cricket fixtures. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any related winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. 7.4 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation, account investigation, and may result in account closure:

Game outcomes are independent, fair, and not subject to manipulation by pr98 or any player.
8.2 Sports betting markets on pr98, including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC, are governed by the specific bet settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, pr98's house rules for bet settlement shall apply and shall be final.
8.3 Any bet or wager placed using technical errors, software glitches, or exploited vulnerabilities — whether on the part of pr98's systems or a game provider's software — may be voided at pr98's discretion. pr98 will not honour winnings arising from an obvious technical error regardless of when the error was identified.
8.4 pr98 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet at any time if pr98 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, manipulation, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of the event on which a bet has been placed.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pr98 Platform. Players found engaging in any prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and relevant authorities may be notified where applicable:
10.1 All content on the pr98 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, source code, graphics, user interface design, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of pr98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pr98 Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pr98 content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of pr98's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pr98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pr98 Platform, including but not limited to:
11.2 pr98's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pr98's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 pr98 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from within the player account settings panel:
12.2 Once a self-exclusion has been activated, pr98 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing gaming services during the exclusion period. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening new accounts will have those accounts closed immediately and any deposits refunded.

13.1 You may close your pr98 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification checks have been completed and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations apply to that balance.
13.2 pr98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where pr98 reasonably believes that:
13.3 In the event of account closure by pr98 for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is established, funds may be permanently forfeited and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Where changes are material, pr98 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or phone number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 Where a Player continues to use the pr98 Platform following notification of an amendment, such continued use shall constitute full acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the pr98 website at the URL: https://pr98.net/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of pr98, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pr98 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact pr98 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pr98 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body provided under pr98's gaming license.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent pr98 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where the nature of the dispute makes such relief appropriate.
15.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and pr98 in respect of the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
